2. The slope is reasonable. After the slide is installed on the shelf, it should be guaranteed to have a certain slope, and the tray can slide under heavy load. If the slope is too small, the tray will not slide or slide poorly; if the slope is too large, the tray will slide too fast, causing impact or tipping. In addition, the size of the slope depends on the material of the bottom of the tray, which is generally 3.5% to 3.0% for wood pallets, 2.5% to 2.0% for plastic pallets, and 2.0% to 1.5% for steel pallets. In the actual warehouse design, the better choice of slope should be determined after detailed calculation and experiment.

3. Add a damping device. In order to make the sliding smooth, if the ramp is long, in order to make the pallet cargo slip to the bottom end, it will not be overturned due to excessive impact force. The buffer device and the cargo separation device should be provided at the lower part of the ramp, so design and manufacture It is difficult to install and costly.

4, the shelf should not be too high.
